Neil is the Merchandising Manager and joined the MVS team in August 2005, bringing with him sound knowledge and experience in the retail industry. He facilitates our annual 'Spring Promo', co-ordinates the on-farm delivery service and liases with company reps to ensure you get the best deals on both product and price.
Graham has been with MVS since 1992 and provides clients entering the clinic with prompt service and sound advice. He handles all clinical ordering for both products and veterinary equipment/supplies, oversees inwards goods and with over half a century in the farming sector his invaluable knowledge and experience is truly an asset to MVS and this is reflected in his client service.
Admin Team
Helen Snook joined MVS in June 2011 as our senior administrator after working for 3 years at Hutchies in Morrinsville. Her warm friendly smile and bubbly nature is carried through her voice and she is the first person you speak to when you phone the clinic. As well as booking vets on farm and invoicing she also assists in the students 'seeing practice', and provides back-up for counter sales.
Katherine joined MVS in October 2002 and co-ordinates laboratory submissions, couriers, stationery, advertising, marketing, farm reports and health and safety. She also provides back-up to phone enquiries and counter sales.
Teresa started with MVS in June 2008. She handles stock control, accounts payable, company communications and information technology, and liaises the MVS dog obedience classes. Her extensive knowledge and passion for dogs is an invaluable addition to the company and enables her to provide in-depth assistance for client enquiries.
The admin team have vast experience and are well respected by both the clinical team and clients of MVS. They are able to efficiently co-ordinate "vet power".
