MVS Glenbred

What is GlenBred?

The Glenbred ClinicGlenBred is a unique reproduction referral centre run by Dr Fiona Hollinshead and her team that provides specialist services and technologies.

We have the only registered specialist in small animal reproduction in New Zealand to manage both male and female infertility cases.

We are the only veterinarians in New Zealand performing the non-invasive artificial endoscopically guided intra-uterine transcervical insemination (TCI) technique for use with fresh and frozen-thawed dog semen.

Our state of the art semen freezing techniques and semen storage facility guarantees the infinte survival of your irreplaceable genetic lines.

While specialised techniques are required to work with frozen semen, similar techniques may be applied to breeding dogs of poor fertility to improve chances of pregnancy and litter size.

Utilising advanced techniques and specialist knowledge in canine reproduction to enhance the production of dogs of the future.
