

Kristie has been a Small Animal Nurse at MVS since graduating with a Certificate in Veterinary Nursing from Wintec in 2002.
Kristie received the NZ Veterinary Nursing Association (Waikato Branch) Practical Prize for National Certificate in Veterinary Nursing in 2002. She was also the winner of the 2007 Merial Ancare Outstanding Vet Nurse (Customer Relations) award.
Kristie is the senior veterinary nurse in our team who organises the daily functioning of our Small Animal Clinic. She ensures both clients and patients enjoy a friendly and welcome 'trip to the vet'.

Lynne joined MVS in 2008 after graduating from Wintec with a Certificate in Veterinary Nursing. Lynne received the Shoof Award for Outstanding Achievement in her year. She achieved her her Diploma in Veterinary Nursing through Wintec in 2009.
Lynne is the proud owner of two Leonbergers (large fluffy, friendly dogs). She is a familiar figure on the dog show circuit and is well known to many breeders. Her interest in dogs and puppy development has lead to her developing the MVS Puppy Preschool Program to a standard we are all very proud of.
Lynne is our primary hospital nurse who cares and nurses sick and injured animals in our hospital.
Alice grew up in nearby Paeora and after a stint as a Pharmacy Assistant and some overseas travel, became a very successful dairy farming team with her partner, winning the prestigious Hauraki/Piako Farm Manager of the Year in 2003 and third place in New Zealand.
Alice qualified in 2009 with her Certificate in Veterinary Nursing through Otago Polytechnic and received the award for "Best All Round Student" in her first year of study.
Alice is our primary surgical nurse who cares for and comforts our surgical patients. She is responsible for their care during procedures and ensures both clients and patients are happy on recovery.
