Welcome to Matamata Veterinary Services (MVS), New Zealand. We expect that your visit to our practice is rewarding and of benefit to your undergraduate study program. We believe that having students observe practice must be a positive learning experience for the student, and for the veterinarians at MVS.

At MVS we will endeavour to expose you to as much clinical practice as practical, but this will be determined by the time of the year when you are present. Mini tutorials on particular areas of interest can and will be provided if sufficient interest is expressed.

Our veterinarians will make considerable effort to educate students and this commitment must be suitably acknowledged and respected. We have professional obligations to clients and likewise students must be committed and enthusiastic.
