Farm Services Administrator

Cherie brings a wealth of knowledge to our practice coming from a Dairy Farming background and customer service roles here in Matamata. Outside of work Cherie enjoys spending time with her family including her 6 grandchildren, going to the gym and playing golf on the weekend.

Cherie’s role as Farm Services Administrator is to be the voice at the end of the phone when ringing the clinic to make an appointment or to get any information.

Farm Services Administrator 

Haana joined MVS in November 2021 as part of our Farm Administration team.

Haana has a range of knowledge and experience in administrative and customer service roles throughout the Waikato. Coming home she is excited to join the dairy industry having grown up on a dairy farm here in Matamata.

Haana’s role as Farm Services Administrator is to coordinate all routine seasonal bookings for our dairy farmers, take charge as our InfoVet Administrator and provide support to our Farm Marketing Team.

Outside of work Haana enjoys the outdoors and sport with a passion in snow skiing.


Kayla Kinzett | CVN

Stock & Retail Manager

Kayla joined MVS in June 2021 as part of our administration/retail team.

Kayla brings a variety of knowledge and experience to the team having studied Veterinary Nursing at Wanganui Veterinary Services in 2012. She then moved onto an administration role at LIC. Over the years she has had various administration positions that related to stock management.

Kayla’s role at MVS Small Animals is primarily looking after all of our stock management processes as well as the retail shop.

In her spare time she enjoys gaming, reading, and hanging out with her husband, 2 dogs, and 2 cats.


Kim Petersen-Swart | BMS

Retail Manager

Kim joined MVS in March 2021 as part of our Retail Team.

Kim previously graduated from the University of Waikato with a Bachelor in Business Management, majoring in Marketing and Business Strategy, and has spent the past few years working on dairy farms.

Kim provides over-the-counter service to our customers, primarily with large animal health products, and orders in stock to ensure we can meet all our customers’ needs.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time outdoors and travelling when able to.
