Spore count results for grass samples brought into the clinic for testing this week are as follows:

• Hinuera West – 30,000 (moderate) on 25.2.2016
• Matamata – 210,000 (high) on 25.2.2016
• Peria – 265,000 (high) on 24.2.2016
• Puketutu – 15,000 (low), 50,000 and 220,000 (high) on 22.2.2016
• Richmond Downs – 140,000 (high) on 25.2.2016
• Te Poi – 35,000 (moderate) on 22.2.2016
• Turanga-o-moana – 250,000 (high) on 26.2.2016

We have seen multiple cases of clinical Facial Eczema in dairy cows this week. Please continue to dose your animals appropriately. If you are concerned about dosages call the clinic to discuss with a vet.
