We are still committed to providing Best Practice Veterinary care…

March 17, 2020

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread globally, our thoughts and deepest sympathies are extended to all who have been affected by the disease. We are monitoring this situation closely and are committed to helping our staff and clients stay healthy.

In order to mitigate the risk of exposure of staff and clients to COVID-19 we recommend the following measures:

  • All staff and clients entering and leaving the clinics must use hand sanitizer located on the counters.
  • There is a no-hand-shake policy in force between staff, clients and visitors to the premises as well as with each other. Hands must be sanitized between all interactions.
  • If you are not feeling well or are exhibiting symptoms of illness that include cough, fever and/or shortness of breath, or have traveled to an area of active COVID-19 transmission within the previous two weeks, please refrain from any contact with our staff. In cases where you have stock that need to be seen by one of our Veterinarians and you are ill, please arrange for another individual to be present on farm to assist.

We appreciate your co-operation and apologise for any inconvenience.
