Dog and puppy vaccinations

May 21, 2012

We vaccinate dogs to prevent them from the canine diseases:

  • Canine Cough
  • Canine Distemper
  • Canine Viral Hepatitis
  • Canine Parvovirus
  • Canine Adeno Virus
  • Canine Bordatella
  • Leptosporosis

We can start vaccinations from 6 – 8 weeks of age, but many puppies will have received their first vaccination with the breeder. Thereafter, vaccinations will be given every 4 weeks until they are over 16 weeks of age (as per the World Small Animal Veterinary Association guidelines).
Once the puppy vaccination regime is complete, they will require a health check and vaccination every year.
